Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to get your premium cycling components to you:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some Asian and remote regions may not be serviceable.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We stand behind our components with the same confidence we have in a perfectly tuned drivetrain. If you’re not completely satisfied, our returns process runs as smoothly as ceramic bearings.
Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following components cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Bottom brackets (if installed or removed from packaging)
- Cables (cut to length or opened from packaging)
- Headset components (if installed)
*These components become specific to your bike setup once installed, much like how a perfectly fitted frame becomes uniquely yours.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 hours (excluding weekends), we’ll email you:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping address
- Specific instructions if returning international orders
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely using the original packaging when possible. Include:
- Completed returns form (we’ll provide this)
- Copy of your order confirmation
- RMA number clearly visible on the package
Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/debit cards: 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
- Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange item
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new item
Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original item was faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the issue and packaging
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expedited replacement shipping at our cost
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Include all required commercial invoices we provide
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You are responsible for any return customs duties
